Wycliffe has experience in the implementation of OSHA guidelines and compliance monitoring of the International Finance Corporation Performance Standards. Prior to joining Phatisa as an occupational health and safety (OHS) analyst in 2018, he worked at Westlands Place as an Environment and OHS Officer. Wycliff also worked with Gibb Africa Limited and Tercon consulting as an environmentalist. He further expands his experienced to the resettlement action plans, strategic environmental assessments, environmental and social impact assessments and environmental audits.
