Paul has worked with Deloitte, Lonrho East Africa, The British Printing Company Limited, Lonrho Africa Plc and James Finlay Group. He also has international interim management and consultation experience in Africa, from finance, supply chain and project management to restructuring, human resources and change management. Since joining Phatisa, Paul has gained substantial experience in private equity – both in the food and housing sectors and supporting numerous portfolio company boards in the capacity of investor appointed director.
