Joy joined Phatisa in 2013 and well experienced in office management, human resources and finance. She is involved in the implementation of policies and procedures, manages administration, accounts and budgets for Phatisa in Nairobi. Prior to joining Phatisa, she worked for Citibank N.A. Joy holds a MSc in HR from the University of Nairobi, an MBA and a BSc in Business Administration from USIU-A.
