Imane is a Private Equity professional with over a decade of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, and private equity transactions. She joined Phatisa in January 2020 and played a key role in deal origination, transaction execution, and portfolio management including for the Deltamune transaction and the Rolfes exit.

Prior to joining Phatisa, Imane spent six years in investment banking, specializing in leveraged finance at Société Générale and corporate advisory at DC Advisory in Paris. During this time, she advised private equity clients on M&A transactions, debt financing, and capital restructuring across various industries.

Imane holds a Master of Science in Management with a specialization in Corporate Finance and Capital Markets from EMLyon Business School. She is a French and Moroccan citizen and is fluent in French, English, and Arabic.
