The Phatisa team comprises of individuals with a depth of experience in corporate finance garnered from previous employment with blue-chip institutions such as Actis, Aureos Capital, CDC Capital Partners, Ithala Development Finance Corporation, JP Morgan Chase, Meridian Bank, NatWest Bank, Nedbank Capital and Unilever to name a few.

Phatisa’s corporate finance experience and capabilities extend across the African continent. Our competencies include, but are not limited to:

• corporate finance advisory, acquisitions, mergers, disposals and debt sourcing;

• development of Information Memoranda and business plans;

• assessment, planning, implementation and management of projects;
